The graphic designer commences work after confirmation of payment.

The initial design will be sent to the customer within 4 hours up to 3 business days (4-72 hours).

After completion of the design, the customer will be sent, via email, a file in printable format (pdf, ai, jpg)

The customer may change text content for free, colors and fonts in the logo with an additional fee. You can move the icon to another location but you can not not change the design itself.

Every package has a different time frame for completion which can vary depending on the circumstances and design requirements.
